ERIN WIEHE
Erin started her journey to Italian wines more than 20 years ago when she lived in Rome during her undergrad studies.
She returned in 2018 to take a year long sabbatical, this time sheltering between the Tuscan hills and extending her passion for wine. While teaching English and learning Italian Erin’s love of Italy grew to where she would turn a passion into a business.
With an undergrad in Languages and an MBA in International Finance, Erin’s 20+ year career has traversed many functions including Project Management, Finance, Sales, Import / Export and Supply Chain Management.
She has passed the Wset Level 2 and has gain the IWS (Italian Wine Scholar) certification.
Although now her roots are firmly grounded in Michigan where she enjoys running, gardening and of course drinking wine, she has travelled extensively throughout the EU and USA.
RHIANNON LAFOREST
Rhiannon grew up in England. As the daughter of an entrepreneur she was taught the value of hard work at an early age and spent her spare time working on the fruit farms which surrounded her rural home in Kent.
She received a BSc in European Business with Technology and spent these precious years studying and living in both England and Italy.
Italy, however, was to become her home for another 8 years and the rolling terrain of Piedmont cultivated her love of wine and the Italian way of life.
Rhiannon’s passion for marketing and communications has driven her 22-year career and taken her to all corners of the world running global projects and leading global teams.
Rhiannon lives in Michigan where she plays tennis and loves gardening and yoga. Along with her husband she is a Bee Keeper, and they love educating children about these local pollinators.
