Santa Clelia is a sophisticated winery which works in the name of biodiversity and infuses each bottle with the fragrances, flavors and culture of which the Canavese area of Piedmont is rich. The Erbaluce grape grows respectfully throughout the 12 hectares of this magnificent terrain. A respect which is donated to the earth from which the grapes gain nourishment and a respect which Gabriella and Sergio Dezzutto show for the people who work within their thriving business. Erbaluce, whose name seems to derive from the legendary nymph Albaluce, was cultivated here before the conquest of the Romans. Those who settled here imported their rational methods of vine growing, an approach that continues to this day.

The Dezzutto’s have an inexhaustible passion to both recover and enhance traditional cultivation techniques through technological and scientific innovation.
